Multi-Site Licenses for ASQ and ASQ:SE CD-ROMs
Multi-site licenses are available to programs who use the ASQ and ASQ:SE questionnaires on CD-ROM (more info). A multi-site license allows agencies and organizations that have multiple locations to share the contents of the CD-ROM via a password-protected web site or intranet. The main site must purchase a CD-ROM and a user’s guide as well as a multi-site license and a user’s guide for each additional site.
The main site must also provide a copy of the provided Software Licensing Agreement and the Photocopying Release to each additional site. All sites must abide by the Software Licensing Agreement and the Photocopying Release, and the main site is responsible for the actions of each additional site.
If an organization or agency uses both the English and Spanish versions of the CD-ROMs, a separate multi-site license must be purchased for each language.
